Spring Concery - in memory of J. Mark Baker
Time
4:00 PM
Venue
Milwaukee Chamber Choir
Program
For those who haven't heard, my friend and colleague J. Mark Baker died suddenly on April 5th. He and his group were midway through the rehearsal period for their spring program, having last met just a few days prior. We decided to turn this into a tribute/memorial concert, revising the repertoire to include some of his favorite music, most of which MCC had performed before. It's a lovely mix, and there will be two opportunities for the audience to join in the singing. If you're in or near Milwaukee, I hope you'll gather with us for this special event.
